IMPORTANT: It doesn't mean that you'll be asked all these many questions, rather this is just to give you an idea of the most asked questions you should get prepared to answer. 

Sometimes, the US visa officer doesn't even ask more than one or two questions if you have credible sponsorship to cover your tuition and can convince them that you'll return to your country after your study. 

Sometimes, they don't ask any question at all other than greetings. It all depends on how qualified they perceive you're. You are treated especially based on what you say. 

Most times (particularly for the US embassy) what you say is more important than the documents you're carrying. Your answers would lead to other questions that I may not have listed above because the US visa officers are trained to ask you more questions based on what you say. If you talk too much, you'll open yourself up for more questions.
