We tried to divide it section by section but truth be told, it doesn’t really matter what section you find the school you want because they’re almost the same caliber of schools. They're so similar that sometimes we even find it difficult categorizing them because they’re generally the cheapest best schools in the USA. 

Therefore, the title of this article doesn’t matter so much because, again, most of the schools we listed are the cheapest US universities and colleges both for US students themselves and for international students too. Remember, you can always apply to study at any other US university or college of your choice. We've just made you a suggestion. But you can be rest assured that the above universities and colleges are the cheapest and most affordable in the USA. Also, their graduate programs and admission procedures are more relaxed than most others.

Also remember that you can always change or transfer to another university or college when you get to the USA and have done at least your first semester. But don’t tell anybody that’s your plan.

HINT: If you don't have much money, you have low grade, and you're looking for cheap US universities or colleges that can give you admission with or without any qualification from your country, then input low GPA, SAT, ACT scores. But if you have enough money, have high grade, and you're looking for top expensive US schools that can give you admission, then input high GPA, SAT, ACT scores. The highest GPA score is 4.0, while the highest SAT/ACT score is 1600.
